A friend of mine shared a dream. They don't dream often. They were in a gym, but in a wheelchair. Despite this they were determined to keep working out. A strange evil leprechaun started hurling abuse telling them they would fail.

It was brief but showed me how they felt. Recently they struggled with health, and it has been affecting their daily well being. The wheelchair represents the feelings of being disabled by the body due to current health conditions. The fact they persevere and keep working out shows that though aware of the problem they are determined to push through and regain health. The angry leprechaun or spirit represents the self doubts and self criticism. The challenges we face when trying to initiate change pop up frequently and it would be easy to give in and give up. But with persistence and patience, progress is made and eventually success.

So my friend needs to make sure they break past the negative self talk, and push through until they are no longer feeling disabled by their health.

Our mind, body and spirit are all connected and send us dreams signs and messages to communicate with us. We just need to slow down a little, take it all in, and piece together the puzzle.
